We know, we know... What comes to mind? Red cups and loud music? Parties and unkept properties, right?

Clover Management Group is a boutique black woman-owned community-focused real estate development company. Since 2015, we've had a soft spot for the tenant and community experience. Having been a tenant in New York City, our Founder knew firsthand just how much landlords shape a rental experience. We aspire to transform the industry through the gift of service & intentional design. They're more than a catchy words - they embody our mission.

* Students at SJU are required to find their own housing options after their first year. There will always be students renting in the area.

^ Schools of higher learning including but not limited to: colleges, universities, trade schools, etc.

∞ Our 3-5 year plan includes transitioning to an 60/40 model with 40% of accepted students being first-time college students with added supports of educational and mental health support for all students. Grants will be sought to support this "wrap-around" style of student housing.

Nana's Place:

Where to reside and study is an important decision.
Here's some additional information we hope is helpful.

How do I secure a bed/room?!

Contact us today to schedule a visit. Interested students are encouraged to apply early. ALL Leases require a 1-Month Security Deposit in addition to a signed Lease in order to secure your bed/room. Documentation of school acceptance and/or registration is required in order to keep the community safe.

Can I secure a space for next year's Fall/Winter term?

Yes! If we have a bed that is opening up, we are able to secure your spot. You can even start paying on it early (and even receive 1-Month Free if you pay the full 10 or 12 month lease in full prior to move-in.

How can I receive 1-Month Free?

We know that Room & Board is a large expense for every student. As a Housing Perk, students who pay for a 12 month lease in full prior to moving in, receive 1-Month Free! We recommend a monthly payment between Lease signing and move-in with the balance paid prior to move-in. You can even restart Option C if you are planning to renew and stay a year ahead & stress free!

Can I change my Payment Option selection later?

Absolutely! Once you are confirmed with a signed Lease and Security Deposit, you are welcome to begin Option B or C at any time. Prior to move-in, your monthly rate will be adjusted depending on your balance.

Do you accept mid-year incoming students?

Absolutely! While we cannot guarantee that we will have available beds, you are welcome to and encouraged to inquire.

Is Green Gainor co-ed? How does that work?

Green Gainor is a safe space for all students and, as such, is a co-ed student housing location. You can expect males and females living here of every gender identity, sexual orientation, etc. just as you would at a traditional dormitory building. You will, however, have male/female roommate preference for double rooms (if it is important to you) and an opportunity to indicate your overall preferences. We will do our best to accomodate to ensure every resident is comfortable.
